Congratulations to PHSC’s U10 Coed
CHIVAS JRS team for earning 1st place at the Norwalk
Tournament. The CHIVAS JRS, coached by Juan Mendias,
went 4-0 to earn 1st place. Great job team!
Congratulations to PHSC’s U14 Coed
“Pumas Jrs” and the U16 Female “Power” teams who
participated in the Iowa Games July 18th – 20th. The U14
Pumas Jrs, coached by Carlos Silva, finished in 1st
place and the U16 Power, coached by Katie Temple,
finished in 4th place. Great job teams and
congratulations!
Also, congratulations to the
“Pumas Jrs” for taking 1st place in their U15 division
in Cedar Rapids 3v3.
And again, congratulations to the
Pumas Jrs" for taking 2nd place at the Iowa 3v3

Statement
Pleasant
Hill Soccer Club is a non-profit, volunteer run
organization. Our purpose is to develop and
promote youth soccer for players ages 4 to 18 from
Pleasant Hill and all surrounding areas. We would
like to provide all youth with the opportunity to
develop both soccer and life skills through
training and teamwork. It is our goal to provide a
fun and healthy atmosphere that promotes
sportsmanship, discipline, and physical fitness.

Each
soccer year has two seasons. Team age brackets for
both seasons are determined by player’s
age as of July 31st prior to the fall
season. A player must be at least 4 years old on or before July 31st
to play in the fall season and/or the following
spring season.
Each season consists of 8 weekend games.
U08 and U10 girls play on Saturday mornings.
All other divisions play on Sunday afternoons.
