  U06 teams     4/5 yrs old - 3v3 roster max 6

  U08 teams     6/7 yrs old - 4v4 roster max  8

  U10 teams     8/9 yrs old – 6v6 roster max 10

  U12 teams     10/11 yrs old – 8v8 roster max 14

  U14 teams     12/13 yrs old – 11v11 roster max 18

  U16 teams     14/15 yrs old  - 11v11 roster max 18/22

  U19 teams     16-18 yrs old – 11v11 roster max 18/22

  U14-U19 (Small Sided)  6v6 roster max 11 on u12 field

Registration Fees

• U06                $45.00  (online service fee $3.93 additional)

• U08 - U10        $55.00  (online service fee $3.93 additional)

• U12 - U19        $80.00  (online service fee $4.90 additional )***

• Family Max       $125.00  (not availabe online - please send    requests/questions to KathyT003@aol.com)

• Late Fee $20.00 per player after Jun 15th deadline (Family max does not apply)

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing before Jun 15, 2010 for board approval

***U12 - U19 fees includes Club Uniform for new players only (jersey, shorts, socks and t-shirt) for player to keep; Returning players will receive T-shirt each Fall season (not in Spring)

***U12 - U19 New players will receive an email for uniform ordering info at  Soccer Connection***

***U12+  - PHSC will purchase one club uniform per player, one time.  Not each year of registration.  If replacement or larger size uniforms are needed, it is the players responsibility, not the club.

Equipment

Club provides:     

U06 – U10: T-Shirt that you can keep (Sample shirts for sizing consideration will be available at registrations).  You provide black shorts, soccer shoes, solid black socks, and shin guards. 

U12 – U19: PHSC will purchase one club uniform per person (jersey, shorts, socks, and t-shirt).  You provide shin guards.  Replacement or larger size uniforms are the players responsibility.

Volunteering

The Pleasant Hill Soccer Club is a volunteer organization whose purpose is to organize and promote the sport of soccer to the youth of Pleasant Hill and surrounding areas.  We are only able to accomplish this through the continued effort of our parent volunteers.  Our efforts to provide better coaches, better referees, and better facilities begin with each one of us and therefore, we ask you to consider volunteering in one of the areas described on the registration form.
