Registrations are accepted:
1) Online:
Register between Dec. 1, 2011, and Jan. 15, 2012.
Jan. 16-30 are considered late and must be submitted by mail.
Registrations received after Jan. 30 will be accepted on an as-needed
basis to complete team rosters.
2) In person at the Pleasant Hill Library:
Thursday, Dec. 29 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, Jan. 7 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
3) By mail:

Team Placement
Players who register by Jan. 15 may elect to keep the previous season’s team assignment or be placed
on a new team. Players registering after Jan. 15 will be randomly assigned to teams on an as-needed
basis to complete team rosters. Note: Players new to Pleasant Hill Soccer Club must provide a copy of their
birth certificate prior to team placement.
Team Divisions – Based upon a player’s age as of July 31, 2011
U06 4 - 5 years old – 3v3; roster max. 6
U08 6 - 7 years old – 4v4; roster max. 8
U10 8 - 9 years old – 6v6; roster max. 10
U12 10 - 11 years old – 8v8; roster max. 14
U14 12 - 13 years old – 11v11; roster max. 18
U16 14 - 15 years old – 11v11; roster max. 18/22
U19 16 - 18 years old – 11v11; roster max. 18/22
U14-U19 Small side – 6v6; roster max. 11 on U12 field
Code of Conduct
By signing a registration form, each parent agrees to read and follow the Code of Conduct Policy.
Coaches and volunteers must sign and return the Coaches Code of Conduct Policy with their registration.
Registration Fees, Late Fee, Refunds and Uniforms
All players must wear a PHSC uniform or team t-shirt; no outside uniforms are allowed.
Maximum Family Fee
The maximum fee per family
is $125. The family fee is not available through online registration; send requests to
KathyT003@aol.com.
Late Fee
A $20 per player late fee is assessed to registrations received after Jan. 15. The family max does not apply.
Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted in writing by Jan. 31, 2012, and are subject to PHSC board approval.
Volunteering
PHSC is a volunteer organization whose purpose it is to organize and promote the sport of soccer
to the youth of Pleasant Hill and surrounding areas. We can achieve this only through the continued
effort of parent volunteers. Efforts to provide better coaches, referees and facilities begin with
each of us; therefore, we ask you to consider volunteering by contacting a board member.
